No. There is no setup fee on any plan. The 12-month term is what covers the cost of designing and building your site, spread fairly over the year rather than charged as a big bill up front.

Yes, and it is a genuinely different option rather than just a discount. You pay a one-off build fee, quoted to your project, and own the site outright. After that you pay £25 a month for hosting, domain, SSL, backups and updates only. There are no included edit hours or priority support at that level, changes are quoted as needed, and there is no minimum term because there is no build cost left to recover.

Because we design, build, host and look after the whole site inside the monthly fee, rather than charging thousands up front. The 12-month term simply lets us spread that build cost fairly. After 12 months, the plan rolls month to month.

Yes. Marketing is kept completely separate from the website plans. SEO, Google Ads and Meta ads are scoped and priced around your goals, from £150 a month, and run month to month with 30 days notice. The best place to start is a free audit.

The website plans are for standard business and brochure sites. If you need a full online shop, we quote that as a separate project, working with a specialist partner where it makes sense, rather than squeezing it into a monthly plan.

All prices shown are monthly and exclude VAT. We add VAT at the standard UK rate on your invoice, nothing hidden.

Yes. Most clients start on the plan that fits today, then move up as they grow. Upgrade whenever you like and the new features kick in straight away. Need to step down a level instead? We'll sort that at your renewal.
